My Story So Far!

Hello! My name is Nicolò Tommasi.
I was born in 1982 in Verona, Italy, and more precisely in San Michele Extra. I had a
normal childhood, with hiking, biking, kicking the ball and, sometimes, popping a few
firecrackers.
During my educational development, I immediately identified music, painting and computer
science (especially the development branch) as my main interests.
I started playing guitar when I was very young, fascinated by a live video of Black
Sabbath on the telly. Having been in contact with guys who shared the same passion, I
formed the
first rock band almost immediately.
From that moment on I never stopped playing and composing music, until today. Thanks to
it I have been able to learn and improve languages, especially English, developing a
real
passion for idioms and jargon.
Music was not the only determining factor in language learning, in fact it was also
thanks to video games that I greatly expanded my vocabulary skills.

Over the years I have used the computer intensively to create images, posters and, in a
couple of cases, websites for my projects. This has allowed me to become familiar with
the main software and operating systems.
I lived in Verona until the age of 26 with my father (now deceased) and my mother. In
2008 I packed my bags and moved to Berlin, where I still live today.
In 2010 I discovered the Vipassana
meditation technique which led me to undertake an intense and very rewarding volunteer
path.
For this reason I lived and travelled for three years between various meditation centres
in Europe and India.
My goal now is to finish a training course as a web developer and then look for work, with the prospect of travelling and working where I prefer, settling in more places, absorbing their culture and language.
